How do I get remote support on my computer?

First, you must be able to get on the Internet with the device that is having problems.

Once you've confirmed the Internet is working properly on the problematic device, go to http://sos.regala.net

You will be taken to a Splashtop download page. It should start automatically (If not, just click on the appropriate download link) and you will need to locate the download. In Chrome, you will see SplashtopSOS appear at the bottom left corner of the Chrome window. In Firefox, look at the top right corner of the windows and click on the "arrow pointing down at a line". You can also check your Downloads folder for a program called SplashtopSOS, and double click on it.

Accept all of the prompts and you'll be given a 9 digit remote support code. Give that code to your RCI support agent and we can remote in and begin working on your issue!
