How to track your ticket

When a ticket is created, it is assigned to an email address that receives an email upon ticket creation. This initial email will contain two items: an ID (like an 8 digit number) and a Tracking Key (7 digits like a license plate). You MUST have both of these items, so it's critical you keep that initial ticket creation email.

To check ticket status, simply go to http://support.regala.net and click on the Track Ticket button. You'll be prompted to enter both ID and Tracking Key, after which you'll be able to see all entries for your ticket, in addition to being able to update the ticket.
